DELIVERY INFORMATON * How does delivery work? -Delivery within Pretoria North is free and handled by our staff. Courier costs are calculated at checkout. Please check your cart for details. * How does delivery work? -Once your order and payment are confirmed, we start packing and dispatching. This confirmation usually takes 24 hours. You'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel's delivery. * Where do we deliver? - We deliver across South Africa, including major cities and rural areas * When can you expect your order? -The following are our average delivery times. Most deliveries arrive before the estimated date. You will be notified via SMS and/or email. **Main Cities** We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days. **Regional Areas** We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days. **Remote Areas** Couriers visit remote areas on specific days. After confirming your order, delivery may take 5-7 working days. There might be an additional surcharge, which we will inform you of once the courier provides details. * Do you deliver to the Post Office? - Due to the variability of the South African Postal Service, delivery is only made to street addresses using couriers. Therefore, someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier will return either later that day or the next day. * Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes? - No. All delivered parcels must be signed for to confirm their safe arrival at the intended location. If you do not have a home or work address where someone can sign for a parcel, it is recommended to send it to a friend's office, business, or to the home address of a friend or family member. * What happens if I listed the wrong address or want to change the address? - ** If your order was placed on the same day, please contact us and provide the correct or new address, and we will update it accordingly. If the order was placed more than one day before your request, please note that an additional delivery fee will be charged. * Will the parcel be safe? - Each product is meticulously packaged in an appropriately sized box with protective materials or directly placed into a courier flyer bag with adequate protection.
